Description
Special tool for stripping and removing insulation of standard solar cables, featuring a large, powerful working range from 1.5 mm² to 10 mm². Precise work is enabled by an adjustable length stop (5 - 25 mm), alongside an integrated, easily accessible side cutter for copper and aluminium up to 3 mm Ø, and an ergonomically shaped, non-slip multi-component handle.
The automatic pliers are used for stripping all common solar cables, such as H1Z2Z2-K, from 1.5 to 10 mm². An adjustable length stop from 5 to 25 mm enables very precise and accurate work. The blades of the Wire Stripper No. 5 Solar Pro have been additionally hardened in order to remove multi-layer rubberised insulation without any problems. If required, the length stop can also be removed. The pliers automatically adjust to the respective conductor cross-section – so no manual adjustment is required. A side cutter has been integrated into the pliers, suitable for copper and aluminium conductors up to a diameter of three millimetres. Thanks to the slim design of the tool, the pliers can also be used in hard-to-reach work areas, such as on solar modules or on the inverter. The mechanism of the pliers runs very smoothly and has proven to be durable and reliable in tests. The wire stripper has an eyelet to which a fall-protection strap can be attached, and it has been equipped with a labelling surface to allow the tool to be personalised. In addition, the pliers can be locked, allowing them to be stored in a space-saving manner. As with all wire strippers in the No. 5 product line, the galvanically zinc-plated blades are replaceable.

Ho recentemente acquistato la WEICON Pinza Spelafili No. 5 Solar Pro e devo dire che è uno strumento eccezionale per lavorare con i cavi solari. La possibilità di sguainare cavi da 1,5 mm² a 10 mm² con una lunghezza regolabile è incrediblimente utile, e ho apprezzato molto la tronchesina integrta per i conduttori in rame e alluminio. L'impugnatura ergonomica e antiscivolo rende il lavoro privo di affaticamento anche durante le lunghe sessioni, e la meccanica scorrevole garantisce una durata nel tempo. Assolutamente consigliata per chi lavora nel settore solare!
